Today's outfit of the day is a combination of a red blouse in tribal print and a blue asymmetrical skirt. As for the asymmetrical skirt, you may have seen it countless of times already, on somebody else. Almost anyone who's been in tune with the fashion scene know that the asymmetrical skirt was a top trendy during Spring 2012. A

Asymmetrical skirts are beautiful, it is flowy and dream-like in the back and has hemline cute interesting in the front. It is an easy sunny wear. An important styling tips for this item is to wear proper undergarments especially if you aren't used to how the garment will hang, unwanted exposure is never a good idea. I also recommend wearing a heel with this one to accentuate your legs assets. And avoid too much decorations on your shoes as it will distract attention from the detail of the skirt.

Tribal prints as shown in my red blouse above was also a huge hit on Spring 2012 as seen in the runways of last year's New York Fashion Week. However, tribal print isn't really a new invented patterns because for the past few years, designers have given the fashion world assertive tribal prints, often created digitally and produced in acid hues, and to these days the trend is slowly finding itself on the runways and streets with the moren take from the designers incorporating these indigenous motifs into a wearable trend. Tribal prints are elegant and quite make a statement. Styling tips, because the prints are often bold and in high contrast even sometimes mixed together with multiple patterns, it will be better to pair them up with simple combination and very minimal accessories. It's also best to pair them with combination of modern item to not seem too traditional and offers a more modern approah to wear these African, South American, and Indonesian-infleunced prints; think leather skinnies, basic top, and crisp tailored jackets.
